Client Testimonials

I was completely non-active. I have a desk job and sat for ten hours a day. Even before COVID, I hated going to the gym. Amy helped me see that I can prioritize being active in healthy ways at home, and once I started to be more proficient in exercising at home, the gym didn’t seem as daunting. I would tell someone who is considering working with you to make the leap and do it! The way you scaffold information and exercises is completely do-able and not daunting. You are also knowledgeable, experienced, science-based, and kind!

Amy thinks holistically about your health and fitness and is very patient with answering questions, optimizing your form, and coming up with fun moves that challenge multiple muscle groups at once.
